this is a really good mod i tried it last night it make a big diff to how the game looks and it runs a whole lot better, it worked on single player on v1.6 patch, but i had trouble playing online with it, but having said that i was already experienced trouble before getting multilayer 2 work with out it crashing

To zerohour12-you need to right click the ltx file and go to properties, click on security and check all the boxes to give you administer rights,do this for all the entries and now go to the notepad screen to change false to true and that should do.

I don't get it. Everytime I go to change the line in fsgame.ltx by instruction in the readme, I don't have access to change it. I'm the administrator on my system, and I don't know what else the problem could be. Anyone know anything?

This is great. I have 8800gts and the game was running really slow for some reason. I installed this mod on it and now it runs like it should.

Umm didn't work. Ran the latest version. How come the downloads are now in in .exe.? Do i install to Stalker Shoc file?

I'm not sure about installing this so could NivenhBro please do a feature on this to compare the normal games gfx to this mods improved gfx, a like-for-like screenshot comparison - I love those
