    I've probably had 3x the amount of money required for that, but I've never bothered to upgrade all my weapons, since I never use infinite ammo.

    I've probably had 3x the amount of money required for that, but I've never bothered to upgrade all my weapons, since I never use infinite ammo.

    Similar case here. I played with infinite ammo once to get that treasure on the first level where they throw loads of enemies at you but that's about it.

    The automatic infinite ammo of the long bow is starting to hurt what could've been a really fun weapon for me. I understand it's more of a novelty item but it would've been fun challenge to have an option to have limited ammo for it. Although I should just be thankful Capcom didn't attach a laser sight onto it.

    Hah. Quite a handful of us infinite ammo users my friend said that I'll get a maximum of one reply saying "ur teh hax0r stfu" now he can stick that frown up his face! (If it was a smile then up his arse)

    me 40 hours played a lot of merc and money was pretty easy to come by from playing the story through at least once through each difficulty. and i never even sell my jewels its stocked up and its worth like 1200 000 atm. i just pick up all the money dropped from the enemy even now because it became a habit even though i dont even need it.

    I was a Jail Breaker and VZ61 short of a full set but (Thankfully) my computer crashed so I had to format my hard disk and reinstall RE5, losing pretty much everything except my achievements. Reason why I say (Thankfully) is because... To be quite honest, the game was getting stale for me. Maxed out weapons, 999 ammo for just about everything except magnum ammo and G. Launcher rounds (sold anything over 999 to keep it to one space for each type), all that just... Meh... Even on Professional, it was getting boring. Someone cheats me and just about kills me, I Continue my game (If I died), spam rockets for a few seconds, move on with life.

    Although one thing that never gets old for me... Rocket Launcher VS Reaper. The twitching body parts left over just... Put a smile on my face every time. I just started a fresh game, going straight to Veteran from the start. Only got two deaths so far after two weeks of not playing, and non-upgraded weapons, and both times it was Sheva's fault. Imma miss my Mercs scores though... And running around with Sheva in her Tribal outfit... >.<

    My friend has doubles of everything fully upgraded, and infinite ammo of course. I got bored of the game when I only had the unlockable weapons left to get, though I'll probably play Professional with him again to get all S-ranks (finite ammo) and finish it up at some point.

    I got pretty bored after finishing it on professional mode and getting all S rank on normal, I almost maxed out everything and unlocked all Mercenaries characters. RE 5 has great replay value too bad you will noticed the lack of game lenght after you have finished this game over 3 times.

    5-3 probably works the best, plus you can get the Heart of Africa from Wesker. The Jill fight is easy enough, even with the AI, so you can easily farm it if you really want to.

    I spammed chapter 5.3 its the chapter with the Wesker/Jill fight at the end and its my favourite chapter in the whole game ! You can earn a looot on this chapter because Reapers will drop gems, Lickers will drop gems and in the fight with Wesker you can grab tons of gems as well as the heart of africa. I recommend playing chapter 5.3 on easy-normal for money farming and fun !! I just like that chapter ^^

    I think I can shake hands with the person who formated his savegame file but I have to admit, that it made the game fresh for me again - and I had all amxed out - so yeah, if u feel like re5 getting old, delte ur save
