    freakin scary, dont like this game as all it does is scare you/me, not really any plot or combat. Just hiding and being scared out out of my mind!

    if u play this game some of these may happen: Piss in pants, get really scared, s**t your pants, etc. System Requirements: Have good puzzle solving skills, be able to see in the dark, have your mother or father next to you, and have a good game

    Good game, although slightly glitchy in places. Has a brilliantly tense atmosphere that resembles 'Silent Hill' but is more puzzle-oriented. Well worth downloading.

    My expectations were low because it's such a small file and the requirements are so low. After 30 minutes none of that mattered. This game is damn creepy.

    woow.. pretty damn scary.. i played it yesterday night.. up until 2 am.. had to go to sleep eventually....
    can wait to get back ti my PC.. once you get comfortable with the game.. it sucks you IN... great atmosphere, graphix are early HL2 level, gameplay solid... engine solid, and the best part of it the whole game is only 600mb or something

    kick ass.. i with there would be more games like that !

    I have downloaded the Penumbra demo and successfully installed it on my computer but the game doesn't continue beyond the introduction sequence scenes - it just shows Loading... on the screen and then goes black. Nothing happens after that and I have to restart my computer to get back to windows. I think that I have more than the minimum system requirements except for Video RAM. Do I need VRAM to play the Penumbra demo?

    @snowyjoe
    Some of the best games out today take up a tiny amount of hard drive space, whereas some of the worst games take up ginormous amounts of gigabytes. Sins of a Solar Empire is amazing, and it's less than a gigabyte large compressed. Spore, which is coming out in September, is going to be even smaller I think, with each creature you create only taking up 3 kb of space.

    Terrifying! Though the graphics aren't amazing, the game atmosphere is (at least for the demo portion) really, really scary - it's up there with Fatal Frame and Silent Hill! Gameplay-wise the game is a solid adventure game (use this object on this other object) with the puzzles sometimes requiring the player to use the physics engine to break and leverage objects. The main reason I would suggest this game is for someone looking for a very frightening adventure.

    To me. this game is quite terrifying atmospherically. Enemy wise, not so much. also to pass the laser's, use the two blue barrel's to the right of the body, but be careful not to throw them beyond the laser's.
