Painkiller slips

Painkiller, a first-person shooter from DreamCatcher Games, had its release date tweaked this morning. The PC version now moves to a March 10, 2004 ship date. This change in release dates doesn't seem to change the planned release for the Xbox version. The Xbox version of Painkiller is tentatively scheduled to ship in June 2004.

In Painkiller, you play as the recently deceased, yet not allowed to go to your final rest, Daniel Garner, who seeks to purify his soul through the ritual slaughter of hordes of demons while attempting to hold off a supernatural war.

DreamCatcher put a call out for Painkiller beta testers just last week.
