Better question: Do you need HL2 Singleplayer to run this?

Most HL2 MP mods only need Deathmatch.

So, bnwchbammer, it's a perfectly good question.

Half-life is another fine game, you get sucked into the gameplay right away.Yeah another shooter but this one stands out.

Is it really worthwhile, or just for 10 minutes?

Did they fix the lag/rubberbanding issues? when i played the lag and issues were so bad, people dubbed it the laggiest HL2 mod

I've been playing this mod since beta 1.0, and it has come a long way since then. This mod is a must-play, it is just simply brilliant.

I don't like how they call it an "original idea." Savage used the same formula when it came out several years ago, with the same level of control being given to a team leader. I'm not saying that it's a bad game, just don't claim that it's original.

I somehow didn't find this mod fun. The gameplay was ok, but the graphics and level design was awful. Reminded me of Quake.
I can understand that they need flat surfaces and clear corners to make the vehicles work in the map, but that doesn't mean everything has to look like a cardboard box.
The weapons feel strange, shooting isn't fun. And they're not well balanced.
It's a good idea, but needs a professional touch.

I think that FPS+RTS might be good type of game...
maybe they need to do the most game like that...
