    Consoles can't support the engine - if they could, the engine would be way dumbed down.

    i really hope they can bring the engine to the console, and i mean 360 and ps3, not 720 and ps4

    What it is Crysis infact?!,end for which purpose that game is make it end in which time point she was release to market!?.If you(all gaming population)remember that was time of great NV victory in struggle be-twin Nvidia end ATI(or AMD)was in delicate moment,hmm?(ok,same struggle continue to the this days,end like a never ending).Second,all IT product's was also in switching end bring up "faster,better,etc...".But in reality(because i was get COD4 also crysis)end whit my PC on that time(cpu AMD athlon 3200,gpu Nv 7600gt,1 gb mem,psu 450w)COD4 was glide(true,on medium setup end 1240X760)Crysis on minimum setup was on the edge of cracking,end hardly playable(picture 800X600).One of my friends was by gpu for 300€ just becose of crysis(before he has ATI 1950pro sappfire)end whit this gpu(you must appreciate very good gpu)end he switch they whit i think NV8800gt).All other games was work very good but crysis...no.Actually this game is make it for IT manuf.End for crysis,i can not say that is the best game of year 2006/2007,but is the most demanding for hardwear,end maybe most demanding game in 2008 whit out any other profit end literally "pickpocket'er"for people whit medium configure of PC,but fanatic gamers.But,whit out any suspicion,this game is also most potential game end maybe she bring up future of modern FPS(but whit more realism in pfysic end less arcade elements)May be that new age games need to be more Sci-re(alism) end less Sci-Fi(ction)

    The comparisons used in this were up before Crysis was even released, they might even be able to do a tiny bit better than that now.

    That will be the end of PC graphic card developemtn. Once they can do real time photo real stuff, it will be too good.
