Yup, the only reason i kissed away $600 for my 640mb xxx gts was to play crysis, and the reason i kissed away more than that a few years ago was to play Far Cry. i guess its a forming tradition, like HL and HL2, games that are the REASON to buy a new gpu+cpu+ram

I can't wait, .......looks so sweet. I'll cry if i have to buy another Graphic card. But if 7800GTX can play it, then my 640 8800GTS should be fine.

I agree with BlackLabel677 ... stop asking if your computer will make it out.. first none of us know more than u. Second you do know your computers better than we do, so you better find out how good your comp will work! *Topic again*
Its a very nice game, i will probably need to buy me a new comp since mine isnt that good tho =/ But creeds to crytec anyway !

Did you not read the article a few months back. They said they were running the tests, at near full settings, on:
    Petium D's
and 7800 GTX's @ 1900 x 1200 res. So I think your comps will handle this fairly well.

Crytek should be given some sort of medal for their outstanding productivity in the last couple of years, and they also should be given some national heroes medal or something from Turkey, 'cause the Yerli Bros(Yes, they're Turkish.) redefine standarts in games every time!

how come some of you people are putting up amazing systems and asking if it will run the game?...considering that you spend money on these parts, you have a good idea of what your computer can run.

Great game & gameplay looks great

I wonder if it will perform better on XP than Vista since Stalker is bugger and slow on Vista, shame.

Would a 8800GTS be enough to run this with quad core & 4gb 1066 RAM?

Tax refund went to a e6600 dual core, 8800gts,2gigs of Super Talent, 700w Seasonic, Asus p5n-e sli and all with the thought that it'll be a medium set up for Crysis , cant wait must have DEMO NOW.

Crytek is the friking BOMB. i just hope enough people will buy the game due to the immense amount of processing power needed to run it optimally.

just wait til it comes out to upgrade....these prices are dropping...8800gts 320mb should be fine...and you can now buy that at $269...now just think 6 months later...besides vista upgrade from XP is not $300 bucks...not to mention that this engine is similar to the doom one...where they license it to developing companies...you wouldnt only be upgrading your computer for crysis..but for the various spin-offs too...and by looking at the graphics...its gonna happen...especially that freakin nuke...i think i wet myself

Of course they can get better than that, just look around, you think it can get as good as looking out of your window? YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT! I love technology bring it on!

I just hope it looks like that when it finally comes out, too many games are hyped up only to come out like Halo 2. Im sceptical just because if it looks too good to be true (and this does) then it usually isnt. That said, can graphics actually get better than that? I mean hot DAYUMN these trailers are sweet.
