This patch changes the gamestate from 16k to 128k and fixes some minor map exploits.

Minimum System Requirements: 256 MB RAM, 64 MB Video RAM, 4000 MB disk space

Totally awsome shooter... But no doubt that COD 4 is the best installment so far in the call of duty series!!! Great story! Great multiplayer! GREAT GAME!

I got the same 1628 error message. Just install it from where ever you saved the patch instead of from the download manager.
