    nice interview Boderlands is gonna be awsome...Its not on the border of being a good game, or a great game... Its on the border of being a game you pre-order, or a game you buy on the day it releases

    Is there going to be offline multiplayer? Because that is what the PS3 really needs now. It's got enough great online games, but it's really lacking in the offline department.

    There are 30 main mission "chains" which go from 1 to 15 missions per chain.

    I think that GameSpot would get more traffic if they started overlaying game play footage over their interviews and previews and such. Just a suggestion.

    this game looks awesome with the cool art style and all the guns and the cooperative element they added looks really fun i just wish they had acctually showed gameplay like the title said and not just pictures

    Borderlands looks utterly stunning like a cooperative fallout with good shooting and amazing Crackdown-esk graphics, love it!

    This game is gonna rock with all of the gun types and missions. I can't wait for some actual gameplay though.

    You know what this reminds me of a little? The movie Heavy Metal. It's almost like playing in an ultra-violent cartoon. And graphics aren't everything. They tend to grow on you if the game is good. World of Warcraft is a perfect example of a game that did not have cutting edge graphics, yet is loved more than any game in history. A HUGE advantage to using a graphic style like this is that is takes MUCH longer for the graphics to become outdated. Everquest 2 is an example of cutting edge graphics that grew long in the tooth rather rapidly, while WoW still looks like WoW and the graphics still look good because they were made somewhat cartoony out of the box.

    I really like the new art style, most fps's have the same gritty,brown, green, and grey visual style, face it, even in dystopic warzones have shades of bright colors, the world isn't rust colors. I like this game, it maybe unrealistically bright, but it is like playing a handcrafted art masterpiece you can shoot people in.

    They decided not to show the gameplay because everyone hates the way the game looks. They stuck in the talking heads instead so they can go in and change it before it's too late.
