Blood Omen 2 coming to the PC
Eidos Interactive's action adventure sequel will be released for the PC later this month.
Eidos Interactive has announced that Blood Omen 2, an action adventure game previously announced for the Sony PlayStation 2 and the Microsoft Xbox, will also be released for the PC later this month. The game is the next installment in the series that includes 1997's Soul Reaver 2, which was released in November 2001.
As its title implies, the latest game picks up the story where the original game left off. Players will again assume the role of the vampire Kain, who was cast as the enemy in the previous two games, and they must fight to regain control of his realm from a mysterious and powerful figure. As Kain, players will have access to a variety of skills and attacks as they adventure through large gothic 3D environments.
