New Blade of Darkness Screens
Rebel Act releases 12 new screenshots from its upcoming fantasy action game.
Codemasters and Spanish developer Rebel Act Studios have released 12 new screenshots from their upcoming action game Blade of Darkness. The game features four main characters with different combat styles: the barbarian, the amazon, the knight, and the dwarf. Players assume the role of one of these characters and fight their way through a series of 3D levels in a quest to defeat the forces of evil. The game engine supports point-source lighting and shadows, and it features an advanced physics model that lets characters interact with a wide variety of items, including lit torches, barrels, and the severed limbs of fallen enemies. Blade of Darkness is scheduled for release in early 2001.
