Though the patch for this game is an unreal 118MB (I still can't get my head around that one) the game play really isn't that bad. The motion blur caused by movement really happens in life, especially in combat. Having served in the armed forces I know what I'm talking about. This feature that you rarely see in any other games, including the Unreal franchise is a nice refresher. The character dialog is true to form as to how some soldiers behave, react, and cope with the ponderous ordeals of warfare and the sheer gruesome brutality of it. Though I was never called to war I have had the privilege to serve along side those who have and I can verify that they would agree on some level. If you're looking for a game where some tactics are needed, but maybe not really called for at all time, then this is your game. Nonetheless, be aware that there are quite a few bugs to start out with. The assault rifle randomly firing as though on full automatic, the vsync not syncing (even if you have it set to x6), the fact that this game seems to be such a pig with system resources and yet it runs so sluggish with graphical lines that don't mesh is beyond me. Then again, I'm not an animator, nor do I work in the game developing industry (have I got a whopper of an idea though if any of you big guys want to talk. I am not kidding). All in all, the game, in my opinion, has gotten the marks it deserves. What I find ironic in most of these reviews is that most of you, not all, need to go back to school and learn how to spell and form sentences. lol. Hey, if you're going to type a review then stick to the word 'review'; this is not called a complaint box and this is not called the gripe, groan, bemoan, bewail, whine, repine, or grieve box. Any issues should be sent to Midway Games directly; but hey, that's just my humble opinion. (some of you make good points though)

It's so ridiculous the price one has to pay for these games regardless of platform, that's why I always wait for the price to drop at least $10, ( i don't care if I'm the last one in the block to play it all I care is that I enjoy playing it)and I don't pay more than than, this way if the game sucks at least I didn't pay $60 or $50 dollars and end up frustrated that I cannot even get my money back, and since I didn't open this one then I'll return it tomorrow. It's true if you shelling out $60 or $50 dollars for a game I least the developers should have the decency to make a very excellent game with out one worrying for bugs or patches and then maybe I'll buy a game at that price, as it is, is not worth take the risk and pay so much.

I got this game for my nephews at Christmas and I stall it on his machine and the first
Thing that happen, you couldn't control the weapon. Right then I new there was a bug.
Well he's playing it,but he's 9 , he doesn't get it. He knows it bad, as soon as I can pry It from his hand I fix it for him. You know we gamer pay a lot of buck for a game
And we expect these game to play flawless on out machine, boy have we been take
For a ride Any one know what the next good game FPS is coming out?

So i take it they havent sorted the game from the stoned look...i've held off getting this game because of the issues its experiencing so i'll wait till they sort it

And guess what, i tried to find out what the patch changes in the game, and there is no official details, i guess even the developers don't know what the f**k they are doing.And i think the people who PLAY TESTED this piece of $hit, were really stoned or drugged by the Midway developers.And i still can't understand how the f**k or what the f**k, this game is doing on 2 DVDs.F**K

You must read my review on this game.This game sucks ass.And there is no patch which can fix this piece of broken **** .And i regret for the money i spend on this junk.I should have rather boughten Heroine and got stoned.
