    @kaiteru, you need version 1.03 (it is that version when you first install bf2. then install version 1.41 then install version 1.50!!! (download 1.41 and 1.50 from gamespot!!!)

    I've indeed read that you need to have Battlefield 2 updated to 1.41 BEFORE using this patch.

    my game has been crashing since i update to this new version, got bluescreen of death and my bf2 game settings were deleted... heh

    Why did EA ever want to change the formula, this is what the ppl want. I still remember 1942, great game. BF heros, 1943 i have no interest, what a shame, bring BF home to the PC where it belongs......
