    you've prolly sorted by now, incase you havnt,1.4 is a full patch, so you would just need to dl 1.4 > 1.41> 1.50

    What are all the patches(specify) you have to dowload to get the full game running and working/installed well?

    I really hope that this patch will be better than the one you can download at EA's homepage, that patch made me reinstall my whole game countless times. I don't know why, but you simply couldn't start the game anymore.

    Why does the 1.4 patch say Beta onscreen ?? its very annoying.. do i need to download 1.41 for the "Beta" to get off my screen?

    yup when I was loading onto a server, mainly MGN servers (doesn't rly matter the server), when it was almost finished loading, the game would just crash and i would be like "ah man, what the hell is going on now" lol
    ...then i found this patch which fixed it.....soooo yup

    this stupid patch takes ages to download(50minutes)
    i went to gamershell and it goes faster(30minutes, still damn long )

    I dont get why DICE doesn't give GameSpot an incremental patch which would be less then 50mb. Instead I have to download 550mb just to get from patch version 1.4 to 1.41

    not all BF2 comes with patch 1.41... when i got my BF2, only patch 1.2was available...
