Very limited number of maps. The gameplay on each map is the same as the last time you played it with small variations in difficulty.
For a game that tries to be "realistic" there are some really silly game mechanics like you not being able to pick up more than 1 jewelry box at a time, or the police not seeing your escape vehicle... you parking your truck with loot far away from the escape vessel, stealing 1 painting at a time and many others.
Multiplayer saves it somewhat but that's just because your friends are making it good despite the game being on the poor side.
Single player is pointless and has really stupid and limited crew AI.
I wouldn't pay more than bargain bin price for it and only if I had nothing better to choose.
