Reason I ask instead of doing I just don't want to respec if I don't have to. I went a little respec crazy and blew through my money. I'm 100% enforcer right now but want to stealth some. Big Oil seems like a challenge.

Don't knock out any cameras on Day 1. It will automatically trip the alarm if you do, even if no one sees the broken camera.
Day 2 is easy to stealth. It's kind of similar to Day 3 of Framing Frame, if you've ever done that. Five wandering guards and a few cameras. If you want a user-friendly guide, see:
It doesn't mention it, but if there's an infinity symbol near the H, that means one hose.
Hey, everyone! This store discriminates against the poor!

Just to add to this, I've found that on day1 you can sneak up to the house, whack a jammer on the side, turn feedback on. More often than not none of the bikers are able to burn the assets and leaves you to be as loud as you want and can clean up easily.

You can actually fire an unsuppressed gun and not alert anyone if they're far away enough, and yes, you can fire silenced guns in Big Oil Day 1, but you still can't be close enough to any enemies that will hear the shot; as I said, silencers only reduce your gun's noise, not eliminate it completely.
I can confirm both of my points, as I've fired an unsilenced pistol in Firestarter Day 2 without raising alarms, and I've killed enemies in Big Oil Day 1 from afar with a silenced M14 and maintained stealth.
