So cute. So fun.

I played the original game, and i was surprised to find that I had sunk an hour into the game.

In the past I have played games like Crisis Core and Chains of Olympus, but this game is totally different. Not only was it engaging but cute, fun, and addicting. Who would have thought that one eyed, 2D creatures could be so entertaining?

Not only does Patapon 2 deliver the fun of its predecessor, but it also expands on it. I was happy to see that the game expanded many different ways, and it gives you a persistent hero which gives this game a more RPG feel to it.

The boss battles were epic and sometimes difficult. The soundtrack, art design, and customization abilities gives this game a strong strategy attribute to it.

I am 18 years old, and I found this game to be fun, and it allowed a good break of pace from all those other blood thirsty, adrenaline pumping games that can cause stress to more serious players.

I recommend this game to both casual and hardcore gamers who want to play a game just to relax and enjoy the beating of the drums.

The bad side to this was that there is no actual UMD inside the case (in the IGN review they say this is the best UMD game ever, yet there is no UMD associated with this game; Tactical error). Instead of a UMD, you will find a voucher with a key inside. And, you will have to download the game onto your PSP in order to play.

Don't worry. If you have a memory card you will be fine, even though they don't say how big the game file is.
