You know a wise man once told me something that guides me in life to this day...Kick, Punch it's all in the mind! This lesson was one of the many that I learned during the adventures of the Paper thin Rapping Pup named Parappa. The games story involves the title chaacter and his many adventures..in the course of his life and pursuit of love interest Sunny Funny (an attractive friend of Parappa who happens to be a flower)...things aren't this simple though...since love rival Joe Chin is always on the scene to make our hero feel inadiquate...so through the versatile medium of rap Parappa learns a lot from various teachers including Karate, Driving, Flea Market Sales and cookery...Parappa even learns the art of que jumping when you really the toilet with his rapping powers...while lots of Rap you'll find at your local music store concerns..life on the streets...gun crime and language I can't use in this review Parappa keeps his lyrics a little less gangster while peddling the powerful messgae of self confidence... The Gameplay is simple really the teacher sings a line...along the top of the screen the teachers symbol moves across a line containing symbols matching your controller buttons...then it's your turn...press the right buttons at the right time and you'll be a pro in no time...simple as it is it's also addictive stuff and the catchy tunes will have you coming back and singing along for a long time to come. so pick up...get ready and remember You Gotta Believe!!
