- FAQs discussion hybrid threads will no longer be posted in the union board. We'll now create some game night threads to serve as a dedicated discussion thread for the game (or games) of the week. This way you'll get to see tidbits of the important stuff if you are a frequent Game Nighter. Be sure to ask questions in these new discussion threads that will be labeled as Game Night #86 MGS4 (PS3) - September 8 instead of FAQ #86 MGS4 (PS3) - September 8.
- Game Night schedule has slightly changed to start a tad later because of the new episodes of Today on the Spot at 4pm PT every Tuesday. You are welcome to drop by early to participate in game night and discuss the latest TOTS show in the chatroom. The new times will be from 4:30pm PT to around 6:30pm PT. Note that we may stay longer if you vote for the time you plan to drop by in the dedicated game night thread for each week. Here is the poll that is most likely to be displayed each week.

- Game Night Grudge matches are still underway. We've wanted these for some time now. We're considering two different kinds of ways for the grudge matches. Either we have everyone play a free to play game on their computers or we simply have you all play a free to play game (MP trial or demo) for each platform. We're still considering what will give you all a challenge and we might even consider handing out some free schwag to the winners. If you received a MVP status at one time, check to see if your name is listed on this page.
- More game night emblems discussion. The idea of having more ways to showcase you, our frequently game night players, is still being considered for those of you who either campaign about game night or simply invite a friend.

PC gamers cannot rent games like the console gamers easily can so we're going to try an experiment with a Free MMO called Free Realms. We've heard a lot of good thing about the racing mini game, but need to figure out how to unlock this. If it takes too long we'll end up playing Chess and Checkers and possibly go raid some squirrels or other creatures that stand in our way.

Due to a late notice last week, we postponed the Red Faction Guerrilla game night for Tuesday, July 7th. PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 fans should drop by the FAQ for more details.
ATTENTION ALL PC GAMERS: Gamespot Game Night #74 is just for you!! That's right. This tuesday we'll be playing Counter-Strike Source. If you've unistalled it, reinstall it. Download it off of steam. Do whatever you have to do to be part of this week's spectacle! I mean come on, who would not want to play one of the best multiplayer shooters on pc with Gamespot staff? - Realkilla789

If you're planning on showing that the PS3 multiplayer fans exist, now is the time to show it by attending this game night. Drop by the chatroom to chat it up with fellow PS3 fans if you don't have the game. Heck, play another PS3 game with them! Chris Watters has put out a challenge to any Killzone II player. He's pretty confident he'll own everyone in the game this week. Kevin Van Ord on the other hand will be making a return as well. As always, we'll be handing out the bounty hunter emblem depending on the participants that show. You won't want to miss out on this week's Game Night with the GameSpot Editors. The game will be Street Fighter IV on the PS3 and X360. I've already got Ryan MacDonald and Brendan Sinclair on board. Still trying to recruit more staff to participate. Stop by between 4-8pm PT this coming Tuesday. [FAQ]
As you know, tomorrow night marks the return of Game Nights. In celebration we'll be granting an emblem. If you cannot participate because of the ESRB ratiing, we'll have another opportunity for you to celebrate the return of game nights. Read the FAQ under section 14 to find out how you can receive the emblem.
We plan to bring back Game Night next week. Game night may go a tad longer in case our latecomers make it super exciting. 
The game will be Left 4 Dead on the PC and 360. We're in the look out for a PC server we can borrow from 4-6pm PT. Any suggestions?
