if you are wondering what to do with your life besides playing video games you should think about joining the army. there is a free video game that will give you an idea of what it's like.
America's Army 3 was completely remade in Unreal Engine 3 and introduces a number of changes. Individuals with prior accounts can no longer continue using their screen name. Therefore, new accounts must be created even for veteran users. Medical training is now compulsory allowing all players to give basic IFAK treatment. While America's Army had training availability based entirely on previously completed training, America's Army 3 has only basic training available initially and online play is required to unlock more training. In addition, a single map can support multiple mission types, while in America's Army a single map only had one. A new feature in America's Army 3 is the ability to melee enemy combatants in battle using the rifle butt, allowing for a more realistic close combat situation should both sides find themselves out of ammo. America's Army 3 also eliminated the ability for the characters to jump, done to eliminate the practice of bunny hopping-type evasive maneuvers. The players can still climb onto or hurdle over low obstacles however. AA3 also streamlined the organization of the fireteams the players were grouped into; the Designated Marksman is now a member of one of the fireteams instead of being a separate two-man shooter/spotter element as would be more fitting of a sniper team as opposed to a Designated Marksman.

yes my friends. this awesome game will be out in 5 days. that is a tuesday. i want this game and i am sure you do too. it will be available on all 3 platforms and it is going to rock. i am very excited about it. been waiting a long time for this game.

halo 3 odst is going to be released tomorrow!!!! gamestop will be open at 10pm tomorrow for people who reserved the game. i will get my copy tuesday.

also, i heard there is going to be a beta soon. i think it is for people who pre-ordered the pretige edition. but i also think there will be a sign-up list and if you are really lucky, you might get a beta key. not sure about what versions will be available. (ps3, 360, or pc) the sign-up list will be on modernwarfare2.com.
With Halo 3: ODST set for a September 22 release on the Xbox 360, Microsoft continues to keep the game's marketing campaign on a slow burn, dribbling out new information on a semi-regular basis. Today, the game's developer, Bungie Software, unveiled the three new multiplayer maps that will be included with the game as part of its self-proclaimed Bungie Day celebrations.
The first map, Heretic, doesn't entirely fit into the "all-new" category, as it is a re-envisioned take on Halo 2's Midship arena and features a symmetrical play field on the Covenant vessel Pious Inquisitor. Citadel is a small, symmetrical map that plays out in an abandoned Forerunner stronghold. Lastly, Longshore is designed for large squads, taking place within the Old Mombasa commercial port.
Halo 3: ODST will be available for the Xbox 360 as a $59.99 standard edition or as a $99.99 Collector's Pack, which comes with a UNSC-green special edition Halo wireless controller. In addition to the single-player campaign, ODST players gain access to three new multiplayer maps, the Firefight co-op mode, all previously released Halo 3 multiplayer add-on maps, and guaranteed access to the Halo: Reach multiplayer beta.

what do you think of it? i made it with gimp. my friend scifishooterguy was a master at it. he could do stuff that you wouldn't believe. i read a tutorial and there are so many things you can do with gimp. i am always finding out new stuff about the program. i started out with simple copy/paste resizing kind of stuff with my photos. and the more i used it the better i got. arline showed me how to do some sig tags and i liked it. so now i am doing sigs, avatars, and banners as well. i can even do animations. the program is so useful. there are a million different things you can do with it. greeting cards for example. or anything that has graphics in it.
This sequel to Codemasters' popular Cold War-themed shooter will take place in a modern setting in which tensions are high between China and Russia.
MAG is an FPS game coming out for the ps3. it features 256 player online action.
yup.. this great new game is out now. gamespot has not reviewed it yet but ign gives it a 7.4.
Bound in Blood is a prequel to Call of Juarez, which was originally released on the PC back in 2006. Developed by Poland-based Techland, it's a story of greed, lust, betrayal, and redemption--everything a decent Wild West shooter needs. Ubisoft senior producer Matthew Girard was on hand to tell us more about the sequel and to introduce us to the game at a preview event held in the heart of London's theatreland.
what do you think of this new game?
just announced at this year's GDC in san francisco is Modern Warfare 2. it will be developed by Infinity Ward and will be released on Nov. 11, 2009. This is not going to be a Call of Duty game. Not the speculated COD 6 everyone thought it was going to be. but rather, a spin-off game.
call of duty world at war is a big hit. i just read about this on codhq.com. new map pack is going to be available for download this month! comes with nightfire and knee deep and station multi-player maps. the videos are awesome. you should see it.

Killzone 2 is out now! gamespot gave it a 9.0! i was hoping bigd would do this bulletin but i guess not.
