Game Night Drop by the Game Night FAQ to understand the basics about how-to participate. If you want the step by step on how to get in the game, most of this is explained when you join the chatroom the night the game night is happening in your region. What you'll do is join the chatroom and let the admins (listed as green text in the chatroom) know that you are there to participate. The admin will normally share the in-game names for people to send friend invites to them. Then, everyone waits until each admin creates the game. Some other things to note for this game night. - Join Chatroom is the first step. If you have problems, go to java.com and make sure you have the latest java installed. The CHATROOM link is http://www.gamespot.com/chat/chat.php?room=GameSpot_Tournament currently open for those who want to play games with each other prior to this game night. You should expect to see staff join the chat around 1 hour prior to the U.S. or U.K timezones on November 10th Participation Rewards There are a variety of ways you might be rewarded for participating in this special event. - Bounty Hunter emblem will be granted to those who are chosen as an MVP by staff. For this event we'll have one MVP per region.
- Part of the flock emblem will be granted to all participants who get in a game with an editor. Community Staff will track who joined the chatroom, and based on this list we'll determine who played the editors via their gamertag played list. Make sure you get in a race with an editor or you won't be granted this emblem. For the record, this emblem is only handed out when there are a variety of Gamespot editors who believe that they can beat all of you in the game. Otherwise, if there aren't that many editors and they aren't that good, we won't even consider handing out this emblem.
