This is going to be an on and Off-topic E3 thread. Talk about what you like! E3 has started today! Whee!! I'm going to start off this thread by posting some pictures I took today at the LA Convention Center. I'll be at E3 hopefully Wednesday and Thursday. huh really? but I guess it does look promising though, although I must say that there are still games that would need a physical controller anyhow..... let me see..... theres Left 4 dead 2(in awesome tf2-ish style), Splinter Cell: Conviction(ive been waiting for a game like this to come out) and Alan Wake....... oh yeah theres this game called "Metal Gear: Rising" too putting games aside, does the 360 really need tweeter or Myspace? I mean I know they may integrate something with that camera thingy in the near future with those programs but do we really need another device that can do tweets? Youtube on 360 wouldve been sooo much better.

Those are some really great pics,Celes! Love the FFXIII wall ads, especially the Lightning one! Too bad Vincent and all of us couldn't get the Odin we wanted to see. I think the Microsoft conference was really good. It was better than most of us expected it to be. I mean they announced all the expected things and some of the rumored stuff as well (Metal Gear Rising was kinda expected to come on 360 after all). But it was the end with Project Natal that really made MS conference into an okay to a pretty good one for me. I mean alright,we all have our own share of doubts on that one, but let's face it, if used properly that Natal has a lot of potential. I am literally imagining the ways one can play Gears or L4D on that! Milo was well....this will give rise to it's own share of slapstick jokes to say the least. Overall, a thumbs up to MS from me! Nintendo was a BIG MEH in the first half. New Super Mario Bros is something cool,but seriously what kind of stuff is that Women's Club for Murder Mysteries or whatever it was called? And a new "tween" game? Style Savvy? Oh dear,dear. I bet this is a revolutionary step in creating a new genre in gaming "Fashion Designing" *sarcasm* But there was a lot of action packed in it's second half. Got a fixed release date of The Conduit. Super Mario Galaxy 2 announced and that too with Yoshi back,busy giving Mario rides! And then, Team Ninja of all making what seems like a highly impressive Metroid to me! Thumbs up to Nintendo!

That does sound like Mr.Black Ranger to me-which its unfortunate he got stuck with one of the lamer characters (at least it's not Tidus). Im looking forward to Dissidia as well but....the announcement at E3 that hyped me up the most was....

I was starting to fall asleep on my chair when I suddenly heard Cammie described Golden Sun.... i was like OMG OMG OMG GOLDEN SUN OMG OMG!!! and that happened around 1:30 AM... props to Golden Sun for making me watch the entire bullcra..... err.... conference. Sadly, Golden Sun and Sin and Punishment 2 are slated for a 2010 release, anyone got an extra time machine there? and why are you guys complaining about FFXIV? at least its a PS3/PC exclusive... not an xbox in sight Edited on Jun 3, 2009 2:27 am PT

Ok trying to listen and watch the GS Live feed, read the live blog for the Konami conference, and read the Q&A with FFXIII all at the same time is difficult I cant wait for FFXIII BTW FFVII on PSN and now playing it on my PSP = EPIC AWESOMENESS! *kicks GS* a billion edits because its being wonky with the link...

Because it's a MMO and its lame SE is making another numbered game an MMO? Oh and the fact MMOs should be played by as many platforms as possible that can run it which im pretty certain the 360 can. :/

Omg! Look at all the SE stuff! *drools* Oooo I DVR'ed the G4 live show, Ill have to see if I can find ya Dissidia! I'm so insanely excited for that game! *bounces around the room* Now you got me all hyper and it is going to be difficult to focus on this giant final project I need to work on
