So far Metal Gear Solid 4 has won seven awards. Basically every single category it has been nominated in.

Best Story
Best Boss Fights
Best Graphics, Technical
Best Voice Acting
Most Memorable Moment
Best Action Adventure
Best PS3 Game

The only category which is didn't win in which it was nominated in was the blatent use of in game advertsing which doesn't mean anything.

There's only Game of the Year which I believe it will win by tomorrow.
