There really should just be a general thread where ppl can ask about new games.

Anyway, what is the game fatal frame like? Is it good or did it suck? Where the graphics good or did they suck? Was it a scary game or did it just suck all around?

I'm a lvl 67 nerd with just enough Rock Star in me to pass for a functioning emo...

Fatal Frame 1 & 2 are the best Horror games there are. And the only true scary ones.

I didn't like Fatal Frame when I first played it because the voice acting was so incredibly horrid.  It's one of those games you can only appreciate with the volume off.  However, Fatal Frame 2 has to be one of my favorite games of all time.  It was creepy and the ending was the best.  Fatal Frame 3 was alright, but I think Fatal Frame 2 has to be the best in the series so far.  It's definitely worth checking out.  Also, it's has the very unique idea of using a camera as the weapon of choice and taking pictures of your enemies which makes it especially creepy when these gnarly ghosts are coming at you and you're only option is to take pictures as they advance.

I am playing the 2nd one and my son was watching. We were having a ball, we both jumped, a great $8.00 buy.

I ran out of gas. I, I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake. A terrible flood. Locusts. IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD. Go Ahead, Add me to your friends list!

Play it when it's dark. I absolutely love the series and think it's the best scare of 'em all. If you would be interested, check out the reviews people have written like; akhorahil, sky-ia and me. Maybe it's useful for ya.

I can't say anything about the third one because I have not played it yet, but the first and second Fatal Frame games are some of the best survival horror games. Both have great stories with lots of twists and turns.

I own all three and they are far and away my favorite games...ever. The first on has bad voice acting for the incidental characters but the main characters are good and the ghosts are hard and very creepy. The second one is also awesome with creepy ghosts and one of the most disturbing storylines I've ever seen. The third one wasn't quite as good as the others. Although it is still definitely worth playing.

I would also like to see it on the PS3 or 360. I think they could do so much and really take advantage of the hardware, but I am at least happy that we are getting something. Fatal Frame may work better and suprise us all on the Wii.

All Fatal Frame games are great! FF2 has the most emotional ending to any game I have played. I so wish FF4 will come out on PS3 someday. Sigh.

I would love to play a Fatal Frame game, but since I wasnt rly a survival horror fan in the time I had a ps2 made me never rly wanna play it. So I would like to know if there is any news on a new Fatal Frame game for the next generation consoles (preferably PS3) ? I've sold my old ps2 a while ago and my PS3 isnt backwards compatible :S So I'm not able to play one of the older FF games...

I hope any1 has an answer to my question.
