The Official September 2009 Pick-Up Thre ...
I know it's early, but I'm not gonna be around on the 25th so I thought I'd make the thread early. I don't think I'll be buying anything else anyway besides Halo tomorrow. But hey, I've got plenty to put in here, and here's proof:

Official Xbox Magazine Australia Issue #46 & Prototype Figure
My very long overdue preorder bonus finally arrived! Maybe I should keep it in the packaging.

The Beatles: Rock Band & Fallout 3: Expansion Pack 2
The Beatles: Rock Band is a fantastic game and I very highly recommend it. Sure, I finished Story mode in a 2-3 hour sitting, but it was totally worth it and fun to replay.
My Fallout plan now is to either wait until I've done everything in the game before buying Mothership Zeta or buy it when it's a Deal Of The Week. Whichever comes first.

Guitar Hero 5 & Need For Speed: Shift
I was way down on Guitar Hero 5 at first, but after actually using the new guitar I'm back to way up! The new guitar is perfected, and I don't know what happened but I instantly jumped into playing guitar on Expert with no problem. It feels great.

Audio Cables
I needed these gems so I could plug my phone into my CD player for music. This saves me using an MP3 player.
There's supposed to be a Halo game here, but I had a long day at work today and didn't make it. At least tomorrow morning I can grab it as well as Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 on PS3 for my friend's birthday.
This right here is my most expensive and greatest pick-up of all time. If any pick-up thread had to be my last, I'm glad it's this one.

1992 Holden VP Commodore
Finally, a nice reliable car. I've had to get used to simple things that everyone else has like power steering, overdrive, air conditioning and having a CD player!

Defense Grid: The Awakening is a really good tower defense game and a genre that is desperately needed on XBLA. As for the other games, I've played about five minutes of Puzzle Quest and zero minutes of Penny Arcade Episode 2. The Deals Of The Week are too enticing!
As usual more Rock Band content. And obviously I'm so wealthy I could afford the PAX avatar shirt.- Please wait. Quick reply will be available shortly.

All those actions with the convenience of one button!I don't know what it's up there in uh, New South Wales, but here in Melbourne, that model of Commodore, unfortunately, and only from what I've seen is generally driven by hoons. And for that reason I wouldn't buy it even though I like the model very much. But I instead want a VT. Anyway, my pick-up for this month consists of Iron Maiden's 'Killers' Megadeth's 'Endgame' and Starcraft. It's been a slow month and year for me. I need a new computer or a ps3, and soon.

Shadow Complex and The Secret Of Monkey Island: SE on XBLA.

[/QUOTE] Will it just be you putting them in one photo? I assume that's quite different because you couldn't usually do that without a telephoto lens from several kilometres away. (I am jealous of your ability to buy stuff) Anyway: Batman Arkham Asylum Saints Row 2 Halo 3: ODST Battlefield 1943 Play & Charge Kit (finally) Hahahaha, that was a big month for me.- Please wait. Oh wait, maybe we shouldn't take poor elektrixxx's last thread OT. We should show some respect to the departed.. :(
But then again, it's what he would have wanted.
