I think that was the original idea, but unlike the OTcars not many people were interested. In OT there are always tonnes of votes whereas here there was quite a lot of "this is dumb" and "i cant be bothered" so i thought it best to just have the one round of voting.

Heck, nearly 50% of the poll said we should never do this again. :P
