"Nothing can survive, the will to stay alive
Cause if you try, you can do anything" - Sonic the HedgehogIv had my Wiifor a few months now and twice Iv noticed that when you don't play it for awhile(like weeks, while doing or playing another system) the next time you turn it on the Wii-mote's batteries will act as if they are low regaurdless of whether you recently put new batteries.
Werid thing is....see I had put fresh batteries in,then I switched consoles and and didn't play the Wii for awhile, but a couple days ago when I was gona play it again and the Wii-motes batteries acted as if they were low on power(the finger/cursor didn't even show up on screen) so I took out the batteries and put in the ones from my DVD player remote(which were not new but still usable) and the Wii-mote worked fine.
To test the original batteries I had in the Wii-mote I tryed them on my DVD player and they worked fine(which they should cause they were brand new when I put them in the Wii-mote before)
If all that sounds a bit confusing,sorry....I'll simplify it-
Its seems when batteries are left in the Wii-mote for an extended amout of time(regaurdless if thier new)...they won't work next time you play....but the batteries will work if you take them out and use them on something else.
We can't leave the batteries in the Wii-mote?

Yeah, but like I said it only happens if the batteries stay in the Wii-mote....if you take them off and put them in another remote like for your tv they'll work fine...thats the wierd part.

- Jul 3, 2007 8:11 pm PTUh, here's a hint: Don't get the Nyko Charge Station. I got 4 rechargable batteries plus a charger for half the price of the charge station. So, for an extra 15 dollars, you can not have to take out the batteries to charge them! Not worth it.
