They call this a game?!

Overlord tries to bring the pikmen concept to an evil level. To be honest, I didn't feel like my character was evil. Just give a random guy some intimidating armour and a big weapon and you have an Overlord.

What made me yawn about this game is the gameplay instead of the concept. It feels like a chore than fun, running here and there, throwing your minions at everything you see. The only thing that's good about this game is that it had a nice 'Fable' atmosphere but wasted on terrible gameplay design.


The biggest problem is that the player has to run here and there in quite a long distance which drags the game. There should be something within that part that should be really fun and interesting.

It's very linear, dull and dragging. Don't waste your time and money on this game AND even the second one.
