Though the game is a bit childish; it's still a very fun game.

Overlord II is one of the most challenging games I've played in a while. Still it's very fun and gives you hours of excitement. The controls are fairly simple and makes things slightly easier for you. Once you start playing the game you will be hooked on it. The game has a lot of comedy in it which I think is a necessary quality when making a decent game. The game can get a bit 'naughty' sometimes, but nothing too perverse. The quests are fun and the stories behind each quest is great.

There are a couple of flaws in the game though. There's a lot of bugs in the game. Nothing too major to not allow you to play or anything like that, but small things like walking through walls. The game can get tough at certain times and require lots of strategy so you don't lose an ample amount of minions. Forging good weapons costs A LOT of resources. They could have added a lot more items to customize your tower. The graphics are not good and the save system is absolutely TERRIBLE. Camera can be annoying and so can the targeting system. Your character, (the overlord himself), is rather weak and can die rather quickly. Even with the strongest of weaponry you're almost no match for a single crossbowman. Not enough spells.
