Good Fantasy - Action Adventure with a lot of good stereotypes and humor!!!
Gameplay: The gameplay is just like the first Overlord; you control minions to destroy stuff and give you the harvest. To me, the controls seemed smooth (I liked them) and the gameplay was simple, yet engaging and fun. 8.5
Story: To me, the story was similar to the first game: You are a mute monster thing who tries to destroy everything good in the world, especially the Empire; NO SPOILERS (this may seem harsh, but it isn't. You just cause havoc on anything that's not bad). It isn't that deep, but provides just enough to keep you on. 7.5
Graphics: Because this is a strategy-like game, the graphics are good, but aren't great for the PS3. In the cutscenes, the graphics are better. 7.0
Music: Simple Fantasy Theme. Nothing special. 6.5
There is a good amount of humor in the game, ranging from simple cause and effect (a yeti clobbers a hunter) to more mature humor (a goblin drools over an ugly, topless pixie), and stereotypes (elves are environmentalist animal loving vegan liberal hippies). Either way, the game will entertain young and old alike. 9.0
All in all, I give the game an 8.0. Parts stand out and will keep you coming back, while others are simply forgettable. This game is definitely good for anyone who wants a fantasy-action game with a lot of life.
