How do I beat Queen Spider?

To beat the queen you must knock her down from the walls. Five buttons surround the little arena you have to find her in, one in each corner, and one in the middle. The middle button causes water to spout from two of the sides of the arena. Use a spider flower (orange with fumes) by targeting it and sending a minion to grab it, and then moving it towards one of the spout walls. Once the Spider queen is lured to the wall, hit the middle button to activate the water, throwing the Queen down the floor. Once grounded, send your minions in to attack her, and wallop her with your own weapon as well. After the first time you ground her, you will have to press all four of the corner buttons at the same time (using minions & minion flags) to reactivate the middle button, allowing you to use the spout once more. After a few times doing that she will begin to guard one of the four corner buttons, lure her away with another flower to press the button safely. Takes about 7-8 times grounding and pounding to kill her, and it might go faster with more greenies, not sure. Good luck!

The first time all you have to do is lure the boss to a grate using a flower and then press the middle switch.
After that.
Step 1. Press all four corner switches (At a later point you need to lure the spider away from one in order to press it, use a flower)
Step 2. Lure spider to grates.
Step 3. Press Middle switch
Step 4. Attack.
Step 5. Repeat, many times. -
you don't have to press the four corner buttons at the same time. Just run over them.

All that thing does is pase back and forth back and forth on any area that does not have a water spout! and drop and egg sack and attack with it's invulnerable knock down all attack. The one that only you and your minions get hit but that thing does not take damige. It's really annoying. I am begining to with that I never bought the game.

Actually it works JUST like stated above, However it gets trickier after you've knocked it down a couple times as she'll continually spew out egg sacs full of spiderlings.
BEST Team = a few browns Lots of greens and some reds
The browns will surround her giving the greens time to jump on her abdomen striking her while the reds add fire to the flames so to speak.
Also the ideal place to put the flower if she's not on a corner is to place it by the Nearest grate where water flows out you have to be quick and step on the button to knock her down and equally quick commanding all your minions over there.
Now the REALLY painful part will be getting OUT of there AFTER you kill her. -
Retried it. Using the flower and all. Worked well. Thanks and your right the (really) hard part is getting out.

The tac. above is right, but you might get some bugs (i know i have had bugs the hole game long up till now). If your minions pick up the flower and drop it again and repeat this, you wont be abel to win. Instead shut down the game and restat. And pray it doent happen again.

Also, I had to attack her myself for the victory cutscene.
