This is one of those games that you pick up because you just want something easy to play. It's not good, it's not bad, it's just fun.

It's like 4 a.m., so i'm gonna cut to it.

Gameplay- Good. The controls respond well and the enemies die easy. Multiplayer is fun and online play is worth checking out, if you can still find a server. The only real problem with the gameplay is that there was really no weapon variation, unless you count the one guy whose rocket gun looks different.

Graphics- Decent. The environments in Outtrigger were pretty well done, a little half-baked but well done. The character animations were limited and the first person view wasn't complete but, it was alright. The framerate is silky smooth and everything looks fine, it just doesn't look great.

Sound- Average. The weapons and music sound good (loud and proud) but there's a really stupid announcer guy who obviously has no talent for announcing. He is extremely monotone and absolutely sucks at talking (you'll see what i mean).

Value- Above Average. This game is actually pretty hard to find. It took me two weeks to find a copy on ebay and that's saying something. But, being as rare as it is, it's also a good game.

Tilt- Towards Ten. Overall, i liked this game. It could've had much more (like gun variety) but it definitely satisfied me.

If you have a knack for old Dreamcast games, pick this up. You'll like it.
