Plays just like Shinobi for ps2, minus the wall running and the kunai throwing.

Otogi 2 gameplay is just like Shinobi for ps2. i was looking for a game that played like Shinobi,....and this is the one!!!

-Otogi 2 mirrors Shinobi in these traits-

-double jump
-stealth dash
-lock on is the same
-slashes are the same
-a magic button
-button configuration is the same
-stylish looks and music with japanese culture scribed all over it
-extremely hard, you will die lots n lots
-boss fights have patterns to master and overcome

Otogi is different to Shinobi in these respects-

-no wall running
-no kunai throwing
-no Tate system

in the end, if you are a fan of Shinobi or Nightshade for the ps2...
Otogi 2 is the closest thing to Shinobi's gameplay you are ever gonna get...
so Otogi 2 is a must have game for Shinobi freaks, like me.

i forgot to mention that Otogi 1 and 2 were made by SEGA, so this explains why Otogi and Shinobi have such similar gameplay.

by the way, this also means that SEGA really know how to make a really fun, addicting and exciting action game.
they really understand the action genre.

Better than Ninja Gaiden Black. NGB has a screwy camera, so, its not as good as Shinobi, but Otogi is as good as Shinobi.
