braid wasnt very fun to play for me. i would give it a 5/10....... why would people nominate it for game of the year.

omg just because in braid you can reverse time it wins. in prince of persia sot trilogy you can reverse time and do more time manipulations powers if gamespot did prince of persia warrior within vs braid they would probably say braid?!?!?!?! just because its rated 9.5

lbp and prince of persia are 10 times better then crappy braid i dont see why braid gets 9.5 it has some crappy graphics i would understand it if it was only a phone game. and in little big planet you can do way more then braid in braid you just compleat the game in 10 hours then you do nothing. in lbp when you compleat all the levels you can just play them again and ace them or u can play other peoples levels and join people and make ure own levels its 10times better then crappy braid

i get realy anoyed with all of gamespots nominations being the rubbishy 2d games that are nothing origonal because theres bin games like that for 10-20 years and when they do nominate actual good games the rarely win e.g lbp is the best game ever and it lost to braid wich is just a stupid desision

I gotta say gamestops choices this for 2008 were really bad. The other games they enlisted were better than the ones they chose. They chose Braid over Mirrors Edge or Little Big Planet!

I'd have said SC IV was the best fighter. It's much deeper than SSB.

What does Gamespot has with Braid... I mean, its a good, funny game, but no way its over Little Big Planet...

dont get on Braid to but comon, how many games you know like MGS4? .......of course it deserve all the prices becouse it was a game develope over and over again in the same base achiving somthing close to perfection, hope that teams like the ones from dead space, and assasins creed , and some other good ones, get some similar philosophy so the overall game standard open the door to improve instead of get stuked in repetitive unoriginal works who just try to be a good money making chance. good games always have that extra lucid hand who knows what to do in my opinion. like all good work needs a master craftman who guides eaither this is film music or make a dam violin !!
