Not even close...
First of all, it's outdated, graphically speaking. The sound it's not bad but then again, not outstanding.The music can be neglected.
The graphics seems unfinished and rushed, and i refer to the units model, the landscapes are ok. I know that is "large map" game, with lots of units, but c'mon, older titles from CDV can compete with this and do better(see Blitzkrieg and Sudden Strike series)
There is no micro, no special orders, just point and click and hope the best. I cannot understand the grouping of vehicles(tanks, at-guns etc) it hampers your tactics.
The gameplay is balanced with an axe, so it's disappointing on harder difficulty.
It will disappoint an advanced/hardcore WW2 gamer but i think that this game is more suited for newcomers looking for fun to an extent.
So, to finish up, all i can say is that it's not even close to the flagship of WW2 RTS games: Company Of Heroes, in terms of graphics, sound and feeling, the gameplay is different in scope so will not count.
Try a demo or watch some gameplay videos before you buy.
