Another One Piece game. I randomly picked this one off the shelves of K-Mart, paying $70 AU, a nice bargain (Most PS2 games are about $90 AU). The campaign, with some issues here and there in continuity and graphics was still okay, and the main reason I continued through was to unlock newer characters. The gameplay isn't too special, but it does have some great cutscene invoking attacks, such as the character's secret specials. However, in multiplayer mode, the game excels at bringing an air of suspense to the battle. As the AI hates using secret specials, it is relatively easy to beat; this is why multiplayer is so fun. You'll constantly be wearing down your opponent and trying to develop faux strategies to trick them into being hit by your secret special initiator. The multiplayer minigames are fun too. The sound effects are okay, and the music is quite appealing, too.
Not much more to say, but if you have a friend (or friends) to play against, this game is worth it.
