Beautiful but as difficult as chopping down a tree with a blade of grass. For masochist and classic shooter lovers only.

Like all classic side scrolling games, this one will drive you insane with it's difficulty. But unlike classic shooters it's beautiful to look at. The colors are vivid, the animations are superb, and the character design is fantastic. Too bad there are only four levels to play. Actually that is a good thing because making it past the first level is an achievement let alone torture. Enemies come in all directions, and they fire shots from everywhere. There are many times when you have to decide "Who does more damage?", because you sometimes you always have to take a hit. When you make it to the boss, you are let down by how easy he is. As long as you remember their patterns, you're okay. The weapons are great and offer great graphics and game play, but sometimes feel underpowered. For the $10 price i, it may seem steep. But for those look for a classic shooter with a challenge, this is the game for you.
