Omega 5 is a shmup from Hudson studios. It is a side scrolling dual stick shooter and its beautiful and difficult. You start the game with two characters to pick from and they both have pluses and minuses. I personally think Ruby is the superior of the two characters. You progress from level to level fighting a boss at the end of each one. This game is not really for the casual gamer, if you're not dedicated to your games its very unlikely you'll finish the game, and there are only 4 levels, that should give you a clue as to how hard it can be. The game basically follow the formula of all shmup's but the dual stick firing seems to offer you much more precise control which is good because your going to need it. You only start the game with 2 credits but if your patient and you stick it out you'll be rewarded. After completing the game you'll unlock two new characters I haven't done this yet, but I'll update this review once I do.
