Not much effort put into this boring adventure game.

In this boring adventure game which could have been very exciting in many ways, you walk around a village grinding up chemicals and uncovering a minor town mystery. There is little to nothing mentioned about the work that Michele deNostrame was famous for.

The box is misleading. They should have just called it Medicine Cabinet. Shame as anyone with a shred of imagination could have done so much with creating a game. I kept waiting for him to get out the brass tripod and go into a trance or SOMETHING. Instead he stays in bed while his kid walks around town. What a rip off.

They could have put some riddles from the volumes of the centuries or focused on some of his work as an astrologer so to put together some challenging puzzles and game play. They could have nudged the game closer to prophecy and maybe some of the exciting things that happened in his legendary life but no.. the put him in a hut where he only throws light chit chat at you. Yes he was a famous doctor and the game endlessly revolves around his medical workshop which is so easy you will want to get your money back.
