Unique, different, but ultimately not that addictive

I had seen such great reviews for this games I was excited to get it. Don't get me wrong, it's a cool concept, just playing with your puppies, teaching them tricks, giving them different stuff. It's a neat way to use the stylus, and the way they made the dogs interact with each other and their toys, food, etc, is really pretty cool. It's fun for awhile, I guess you just have to really be a fan of the whole dog raising sim. You can train it to catch frisbees, teach it tricks and take it to shows, and train it to go through obstacles courses and win prizes that way. Of course you walk your dog alot. It was interesting at first, but I found myself sticking it on the shelf and just playing occasionally. I unlocked a few new breeds, but certainly didn't feel like investing the time into another dog to make it do the same things my dog could do. Trade in time. Cool to check out, but ultimately not my style of gaming.
