the way of the Wii

I got this game somewhere in December and i just got the black belt, it's May.
I found this game very hard, or more specifically i found the swordfighting very hard.
There are these 6 mini-games which test your (ninja-)reflexes.
Most of them are pretty fun. There's throwing shuriken, catching fish, spotting fireflies, catching flies with chopsticks, swordfighting and using a nunchuka to hit flying melons.
You have to complete 5 of these to advance to the next level, or belt so to speak.
The first four games are fun to do and really test your reflexes. The nunchuka i found impossible to do. The sensei throws these melons at you and you have to strike them, a bit like baseball. You also have to keep swinging the wii-mote at the same time. It sucks.
The only way to complete 5 minigames is by completing the swordfighting. This will test your patience tio the limit. I've never done so much cursing during a videogame.
These demon-samurai attack you and you have to use your sword to fend them off and then strike them down. The controls are very subtle and you have to concentrate very hard and move the wii-mote very accurate to beat the harder levels.
When you finally get the black belt you can go for a second run, but i don't think i will.
The game earns itself a few bonus-points for the meditation-option.
You can choose a guided meditation and the sensei will tell you how to mediate while a ying-yang symbol hovers above a pool of fish. It's quite neat actually.
Unfortunately Ninja-Reflex isn't a wii-ware title so you have to insert the cd every time you want to meditate.
The idea of Ninja-reflex is very original though and with the wii-motion plus coming up it does deserve a follow-up on Wii-ware and a bit more gameplay.
