Ninja Gaiden 2, much like Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, are both really hard games. You will find yourself dying atleast 10 times before you say to yourself, "ok I need to pick it up". The story line is very well done in Ninja Gaiden 2 as well. Right off the bat, you random girl Sonia, who needs to find Ryu, (the main character) to find the arch fiend. However she get captured and Ryu goes to save her. The story line unfolds at a good pace. Not too fast and not too slow.
In terms of game-play, if your a fan of hack n slashes you will love this game. This is the only style of this genre of game I really enjoyed other then Kingdom Hearts, and as you can see they are completly different yet. But I loved the game play in Ninja Gaiden 2. Excuting huge combos and the finishers were absolutly amazing. But using the full capacity of the 360's graphic card.
Bottom line: If your a 360 fan, get this game. You will not be one bit disipointed other then its blisteringly hard difficulty.
If you have a choice to get Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, get Sigma 2 instead. The PS3 version is much better and has more added content. And PS3 is a much better system then a 360, which is my opinion
