Could have been DMC... but turns RPG.

I had this game for awhile., not having the chance to try it. it came to me for a good price. a price tag that it really does not matter if it is good or bad.

It is diffrent to have high hopes for a game, pay NEW price and get disapointed or only get 7-8 hour long campaign despite online option (multiplayer). this is still a HUGE disapointment. I dont mind multiplayer but storymode/campaign is always so much more fun. for me, multiplayer is so "same thing, over and over and over".

Anyway., the cover looks great and even the back cover., the lead man looks like a new version of Dante (from DMC series). this game had so much more.

When the game was finally in the PS3. i have to say that it started pretty good.,
The game had huge potential to be as close to DMC as a game could be... the control and fighting system was ok - simlair to what one would expect.

Beside from the strange storyline, after the first fight scene ; so to say.
for you that played it... (i am talking about the winter landscape as we take on a bunch of "shadow" monsters. But when that first stage is complete.

Then suddenly with in the game, spring has arrived. the daughter is sick and the father goes out to look for food. the action stops and turns into ... how do i put it... one of the lamest rpg that ive ever seen, the kind i can not stand to play. with horrible 10 million lines, It sucks so much that i rather play Simons Quest for NES.

For those peeps that want a roleplay version of DMC. i guess.

If you still want an action game with rpg moments. then i would suggest
you to choose: Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.

*i will continue this review; when i got more time.
