How do i get Emberstones ?

There's no specific spell to make em drop, just keep fighting them

Directly outside of Perdida there is one of the glowing ground loot spots that always drops them for me.

All you can do is fight enemies continuously at that point in the game. Later on, you can purchase two upgrades using merit stamps that improve the likelihood of enemies dropping items.

I'd recommend not spending forever on that quest as you're more likely to find emberstones from crowhawk enemies later in the game. There is also the option to steal as Xions mentioned.

Stealing always get me 4/5

Try fighting sunshines. I think they should drop emberstones more often than other monsters. Once you can steal, try stealing it from them as well.
