Can someone tell me the "level-up" requirements for each Skater type i

For example, I have chosen a 2-way forward--in order to "level up" to the next card, I need to play in X games, score X goals, get X hits, and get X points. My friend has a playmaker player, and his requirements don't include hits, but do include assists. I am thinking about starting a new Be a Pro with a Playmaker type because I do get a lot of assists and I think I would be able to level up more. Is there a way to change the player type without totally starting over? Thanks!
