Do not buy this game!! It doesn't work

Long time fan of EA Sport especially the NHL ones, but this game is crap! It doesn't work. It freezes all the time. I've updated the game and system and it will still crash. When I first purchased this game it was unplayable, period, it froze when you played anything in any mode. Now that EA has had over a year to fix it you can play it a little but still expect the game to freeze in an unpredictable circumstances. Sometime you can play for a hour without freezing and sometimes you can't get more the 5-10 mins. The graphics and gameplay is very well done, but what does it matter when the game doesn't work. Google search NHL 2012 freezing and you'll find tons of forums and posts blasting this game.
Does anyone know how to get a refund from EA Sports?

I will not be getting 2013 and wouldn't recommend any to buy that either. This game is still not fixed meaning they haven't fixed the problem meaning I wouldn't be surprised to find out 2013 has the same problems

VERY DISAPPOINTED. SERIOUSLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS GAME.
