Ah, NFL street ---- a game that i was on the fence about when i purchased it. First off, i am not a football game person. I rarely watch it on TV and i really dont know anything about the strategy behind the game. But being a fan of EA's ability to "Street" sports, i purchased NS out of curiosity. Gameplay is odd, as the ball gets bounced all over on some plays. Tricks play an odd role also, as they look cool but cause you to fumble if you get taken down. The Rubberband AI is crazy, and will own you if you own them...luckly that can be taken off in the options screen. Graphics look nice, though reds seem to bleed on the screen. I'm going to try the game out on another TV to see if its my TV's fault. The Game does look like a PS2 game on the xbox. Sound is nice, as the smack talk is fun. Odd though all my players no matter what thier race is all sound african-american during the pre-snap smack talk. Custom soundtracks make the sound even better, also add in the Hip-Hop soundtrack (EA does a good job with its Hip hop tracks) --- and the sound works. This game is fun with friends. Last night time flew by as my roomate and i took on the challenges. I recommend this game to anyone who either likes football or arcade style sports (thats my catagory right there). Overall, i dont regret this purchase. It may be hard at times, i still think it is fun.
