This game proves NFL games will always lag behing football (soccer) games - such is the way of the world.
I had high hopes for the game and gamespot's review pushed me over the edge to purchase this but holy crap what was gamespot smoking?
First off it used like an old madden engine...as if playing madden wasnt boring enough at times, now its like you just dropped $50 to watch 2 CPU players play an old version of madden.
I've often wondered why there are no free online NFL sims like there are soccer games, no sims from big publishers and overall less realistic games on the market....something in the DNA? I just dont know....the sport isnt THAT different where they cant get it all on the table, I would imagine NHL's EA sports team would put together a better coahing series.
Unfortunatley for the series - this is the best game out there for head coach.
The thing is if you are patient with it ITS OK....but who has the patience to go thru more than 3 games let alone multiple seasons of this junk.
