The first time I saw NFL 2k I was with a friend at a videogame store looking for some new titles for my Dreamcast. The first impression couldn´t be better, I was amazed by the incredible images of this game. I´m not a big fan of Football but this game changed my mind. The graphics are just amazing, everything looks good, high resolution textures, incredible lighting effects and the most impressive character animation by the time it came out. The game also features great variety of plays for you to choose from its user friendly interface. Even a casual player like me can handle NFL´s control system. The player control is precise and the enemy AI is very real. These are the game modes available: practice, tournament, season, fantasy, exhibition, and playoffs. The sound part includes realistic sound effects including the crowd and the soundtrack allows you to feel inside the game. This game changed the way football games are made and played since its release.
