Zelda's Four Swords coming to the DS

Retail sources say Nintendo has announced a new version of its GBA-connected GameCube game.

TOKYO--Nintendo's Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures may have been a hit to those who played it, but it required up to four Game Boy Advance portables to be connected to a GameCube for multiplayer play. Because of said requirement, not too many people actually got a chance to enjoy the game to its fullest.

For gamers who have wanted to try out the game, there's good news. According to retail sources, Nintendo has announced the Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures on the DS in Japan, though no release date or details have yet surfaced. However, with the DS's wireless capabilities, the new portable probably won't be confined to the same restrictions as the GBA.

    Excellent!!! I also want to know if it's going to be online or only local, if they are going to release it only as DSi-ware, and if it is going to be like the one on gba, or better

    man i wish they'd do this, or at least a new play control using ds's for four swords adventures

    it should be Wii/DS(i) that would be awesome! Basically same type of game as LoZ:FSA, but with DS's instead of a Gameboy and Wii instead of the GameCube. They could make it like a new play control thing or make a whole new story line that would be awesome.

    awsome i hated having to do one player and my friend can do 4 player.hmm...i wonder how u get hoked up on ds/oh yhea stupid me ds download play

    they should make it cell shade like windwaker and add a wifimode it might be the best ds game ever

    if they're making a zelda game for the DS, it better not have GBA graphics; i want N64 graphic zelda games! like OOT
